WestMark Commercial/TCN Worldwide Represents Vulpes Corp. in Securing a 10-year Lease, Valued at $1.9 Million, for 57,725 SF at Reese Technology Center in Lubbock
Shelli Echevarria and David Haymes recently completed a tenant rep deal to secure a 10-year lease of 57,725 SF in what was a flight simulation building at former Reese Air Force Base in Lubbock. The base has been converted into a business and research park called Reese Technology Center. Vulpes Corp., established in 2018, is a U.S. company dedicated to onshoring chemical manufacturing.

The Pennsylvania Cyber Charter School (PA Cyber) has executed a new lease for 8,000 SF at 470 S Cedar Crest Blvd, Allentown, PA for their Lehigh Valley regional office location. In addition, 6195 LLC recently acquired a dual-structure property which spans 3 acres at 6195/6197 Allentown Boulevard in Lower Paxton Township. |
Barclay Street Real Estate/TCN Worldwide in Calgary Released its Q4 2023 Market Reports
Investors’ interest in the Calgary market remained remarkably strong through the final quarter of 2023, during which an additional 88 transactions closed at or above $1 million, for a total of $719.2 million. For the year, the total dollar volume invested reached just under $3.4 billion. |
